Chapter 4:

All tasks that do not involve installation and programming work for implementation on the one hand, and content production on the other, are assigned to the field of administration. This includes technical maintenance of the system as well as setting up, monitoring, and controlling the results of the content-production process. Opportunities to train to become a content manager have so far been rare, and most people involved in this field have not sought it out actively, rather it found them. And yet this is a business-critical task, because it is not only the image of the company which is maintained here, but also the company itself that is being managed.
